Based in Richmond, Virginia, Brandon is a 20-year industry leader with extensive experience in operating parking programs within both the private and public sectorsmainly throughout the Mid-Atlantic where he’s managed 150+ locations and over $50M in annual revenues.

Throughout his career Brandon has collaborated with institutional leadership, city officials, developers, and asset owners/managers to advise on parking and mobility enhancements

to various types of programs in addition to implementing paid parking programs for municipalities and mixed-use developments.

As a Co-Founder of Pivot Parking and Executive VP, Brandon collaborates with his team on strategies to continue to grow the company (which is currently operating nearly 100 locations in seven states), ensure existing operations and team members are supported, and continuing to identify ways to enhance the service and value-add that Pivot provides to its customers, clients, and employees. He continues to lend his expertise to parking programs by evaluating and implementing the latest technology and industry best practices related to enforcement/compliance, data collection/analysis, payment platforms, revenue and access controls systems, AI/BI platforms, etc. ​ Brandon maintains his CPP certification through NPA and was a previous recipient of NPA’s 40 under 40!
