Frank Kollmansperger, Director

Frank Kollmansperger is President and owner of Entry Guard Systems, a parking and vehicle access control company based in Richmond, VA. A native of Norfolk, he and his family have lived in Richmond since 2003. Frank graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1984 and then served three years in the US Army as a Platoon Leader and Battery Executive Officer. Following his military service, he entered the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he earned an MBA in 1990. After graduating from UVA, Frank joined the staff of Trader Publishing Company, where he served in various management positions. In 2003 Frank purchased Entry Guard Systems (EGS) and moved with his wife and two sons to Richmond. Since then, he and his team have maintained EGS’ solid industry reputation and strong customer relationships, while expanding its presence to markets across the state of Virginia. They have expanded the company’s range of products and services, while staying focused on EGS’ commitment to providing the best customer service possible every day. As an active VMI alumnus, Frank has served as Class Agent, active local Chapter member and enthusiastic recruiter of ‘future’ cadets.
