Josh joined Virginia Commonwealth University in January 2019 as the Associate Director, became Director in 2020, and Executive Director in 2022. Josh is responsible for leading a team of over 80 employees in providing transportation, alternative transportation, parking, and fleet services to a community of over 50,000 people on a daily basis and overseeing 13 parking garages and over 50 surface lots with just over 15,000 parking spaces. 

Prior to VCU, Josh spent nearly a decade working at the University of Central Oklahoma in various roles within their parking and transportation department. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree from Northern Michigan University, a Master's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP).
