Justin Nelson is the Director of Parking and Transportation at Eastern Virginia Medical School, a position which he has held since February 2014. Justin joined the parking industry in 2005, and has held positions in enforcement, transportation demand management, customer service, facility maintenance, project management, and transportation planning. He has a Masters of Public Administration as well as an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, both from Old Dominion University.
