Mission Statement

The Parking Association of the Virginias serves the parking industry in Virginia and West Virginia by providing educational and networking opportunities.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors conducts the business of PAV including annual workshops, elections, maintenance of website and membership information, defining membership types, fees, and benefits, etc. The Board of Directors has 10 members.

  • Director terms last two years

  • Half the board is up for re-election each year

  • Election ballots are normally issued in May of each year for a two-year term beginning July 1

  • Board leadership is elected by the Board.
